Terms & Conditions- Definition

This Agreement states the Terms and Conditions under which you may use the SupportingAdvisors.com Portal Website. 

• Definition:

  For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the respective meanings set out below:

1. "Agreement" means this Terms and Conditions of Use Agreement;
2. "SA" means SupportingAdvisors.com;
3. "3i FG " means 3i Financial Group Inc.;
4. "3i FIS" means 3i Financial Investment Services Inc.
5. "SA Portal Website Content" means any and all of the contents of the SA Portal Website, including but not limited to, text, data, messages, graphics, images, logos, button icons, software, other SA Website content, or any other similar material.
6. "Terms and Conditions" means the Terms and Conditions set forth in this Agreement;
7. "Subscriber" means any individual accessing the SA Website and includes you;
8. "Subscriber Information" means information related to Subscriber, including but not limited to, a User's name, address, e-mail address or telephone number.
