FREE 7 Days Look

We give all registered users on SupportingAdvisors.com a FREE 7 days trial.  This is a great opportunity to look at the features and services offered.

Once you are a registered user, you will receive a Login Name and Password via email.  Your FREE 7 days membership starts as soon as you are assigned your Login Name and Password.  At the end of the trial period, your credit card will be billed unless you notified SupportingAdvisors.com @ onlineservices@supportingadvisors.com that you do not wish to continue your membership with us.    

Package

We offer 2 packages.  New users who subscribe for our 3 month membership may request a full refund less administration charge within 7 days of when their service began. (After FREE 7 days look) The refund will be the full amount less $100 to cover the cost of administration. 

New users who subscribe for our 1 year membership may request a full refund less administration charge within 14 days of when their service began.  (After FREE 7 days look)  The refund will be the full amount less $200 to cover the cost of administration. 

To request a refund, you can send an email to onlineservices@supportingadvisors.com from the same email address as the one that was used to registered. 

Cancellation

For 3 months membership, there will be no cancellation after 14 days from Login Name and Password assignment.

For 1 year membership, there will be no cancellation after after 21 days from Login Name and Password assignment.

Any users who cancel during the allowable period will not be able to access the features and services for a period of 3 months.

Third Party Products and Services

For third party products and services, please refer to their refund and cancellation policy.

Upgrade of Membership

3 months membership may upgrade to the 1 year membership at the 1 year membership cost less any amount previously paid.  The 1 year period will commence from the date of upgrade, for a 1 year period. 

Upgrade Membership are Non-Refundable

Upgrade membership for existing members are non-refundable.
